Terms of Service

1. Service provider

2. Scope of services

We provide recruitment and candidate-sourcing services for employers and job-search support for candidates. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome; nothing on this site is such a guarantee.

3. Fees

Employer fees, payment terms and any success-based element are disclosed in a written offer before an engagement starts, per Article 8 of Law No. 675-VIII. Candidate services are free unless stated in writing before you order.

4. Website use

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to submit false CVs or misrepresent qualifications and affiliations, not to scrape or disrupt the site, and not to misuse other users' data.

5. Your responsibilities

• Candidates: give accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Employers: describe roles, pay and conditions truthfully and follow Ukrainian labour law.
• Both: hold any consent needed to share personal data with us.

6. Advertising and communications

Commercial messages are identifiable as advertising, truthful and not misleading about roles, fees or affiliations, as the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР requires. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

7. Personal data

We process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3993-IX. Cookies and similar identifiers that can identify you are personal data and need your prior informed consent, requested by our cookie notice.

8. Consumers and cancellation

Where you act as a consumer, you have the rights in the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII, including clear service, price and complaint information. Before an online order is concluded we show the offer, price, performance terms and cancellation rules. Complaints: contact@primeuxcore.com.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for hiring decisions made by employers. Nothing limits rights that Ukrainian law makes non-waivable.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
